Available Services Include
STBBI Prevention Services & Sexual Health Testing: We provide extensive testing services for sexually transmitted and blood-borne infections (STBBIs), including HIV, Hepatitis C, and other STIs. Prevention is a key focus, with comprehensive educational resources available to the community.
HIV Testing and Support: Offering HIV testing with support and referrals regardless of the results. For those living with HIV, we provide support to access ongoing care and treatment options to manage health effectively.
PrEP and PEP Services: PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis) and PEP (Post-Exposure Prophylaxis) are medical treatments that significantly reduce the risk of contracting HIV. Services include counselling on how to access and use these preventive measures.

How to Access Sexual Health Services in Northern Alberta
At our Grande Prairie office, we offer confidential testing for HIV, Hepatitis C, Syphilis, Gonorrhea, and Chlamydia. Please call us at 780-538-3388 to check availability or to schedule an appointment.

Additionally, several walk-in clinics and doctors’ offices throughout Grande Prairie offer sexual health services. Remember, STI testing is not routinely included in blood work or pap smears—it’s something you usually need to request.
